I am a little calico kitty from the shelter you knew as Natasha. I was adopted about 3 weeks ago. I am writing to you to let you know about my great new home.
My new name is CalicoRose - but mostly my parents call me "TROUBLE". I do not know was that word means, but since they always smile when they say it and give me lots of hugs and kisses, I am sure it means "beautiful", "wonderful" or something like that.
I love my new parents. They have bought me lots of toys and gave me a kitty bed and kitty scratching post. They are great except for an unfortunate obession with the word "no-no, Callie, no." This is another word I do not understand, but that is okay, because mostly I just ignore it.
I have a big sister now. She still does not completely understand what a wonderful kitty I am, but she only hisses at me a couple a times a day now, so my beauty is slowly winning her over!
I want to thank everyone at the shelter for helping to place me in a home. I have lots to eat (I have already gained a pound!), parents who are proving to be very easy to train and am already spoiled rotten! Please tell all of the kitties I am doing great and am keeping my paws crossed for them to get a good home.
