Dexter's owner moved away and left him behind. Several of the neighbors were caring for him, feeding and petting him. Yet no one could adopt him into their home.

One day his primary caregiver followed him to see where he was staying. When she saw "Sweet One" (as she called him) lived in the gutter, she knew she had to find him a home, so came to us.

Dexter is a flame point siamese mix and has the sweet, laid back, "cool cat" temperament that comes with the breed. He will nuzzle or rub against a leg or offer a tummy for a tickle. He looks a little beat up in the photos, which is a reflection of his life in the gutter. Like his beautiful personality, he will emerge a very handsome boy after he has enjoyed the creature comforts he deserves.
