Savannah was a stray, being cared for by a DKC volunteer. She was very shy and would not get close to her caretaker, but after spending time just sitting there with her, Savannah decided that she was okay and began to come close and let her pet her.
Savannah took up residence on her porch and invited her two feral friends to live with her too. After she was bought to the vet to be spayed and given shots, she tested positive for leukemia so DKC gave Savannah a home.
Savannah is not only beautiful, but extremely sweet and affectionate. She also knows how to give a high five! Whoever adopts Savannah is hitting the jackpot!
