DOB 02/2007 Starr comes to us from another shelter where her time was "running out". Her biggest problem was that she appeared to have been hit by a car, and they were not able to keep her around. But, she's with us now and her injury was really not that big of a deal. Starr is a little shy, but if you approach her gently, she will let you pet her. If you sit next to her and ignore her a bit, she will investigate you herself and you can tell that she is eager for some attention. Starr walks well on the leash, but can be scared by sudden noises. She would do better with an owner who has some time to let her come around. But, she's very, very sweet and you can tell that she's aching to trust.
