DOB 09/09 Arrived at shelter 3/3/10 Little boy Arlo! He came to us in early March from a shelter where he wasn't going to get to stay...since he had mange. He is completely recovered and you'd never know that he wasn't perfect from the start. If you want an all around good dog with a terrific personality and a great heart, look no more - Arlo is your doggie. Our volunteer trainer told us recently that she can't believe we still have Arlo - she said he's great dog wtih no issues whatsoever. He's in a foster home and gets along with the other dogs and cats in the household. He's learned how to use the doggie door. He loves to chase and play with the other dogs in the house. "fun-loving" describes this charismatic dog perfectly. If he were a person, he'd be the one you'd want to sit next to to enjoy a wonderful evening of companionship and excitment. Arlo also meets new people easily, including children. He went to the Pooch Parade on Easter and was a big hit with kids. Arlo loves to get onto a lap and take a snooze, he's a sweet boy like that. Trust us when we tell you this - Arlo is like the life of the party, and he would be a wonderful dog in just about any home. He's stolen the hearts of both his foster parents. Arlo is not at the shelter. If you want to meet Arlo or see him at an adoption event, contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Now, he's a strapping 8.4 pounds (as of late May) and has all his fur back. | |||||||
