My, my, what an adorable dog little Miss Chelsie is! She's a tiny girl, would do great in an apartment or home. She's got a dainty personality, but she's not prissy at all. She's happy to get friendly with you, looking into your eyes and pleading for some head scratches. Chelsie would be OK around older children, but smaller children who aren't aware enough yet to respect a dog's space woulld not be a good idea.
Chelsie is an easy going dog, walks well on the leash and is ready to love you!
