Please Help Wallace (Bowser) Find a Home

Friday, April 18, 2014

Wallace (Bowser) was found wandering the street near the home of his rescuers on a Saturday night. They made every attempt to find his owners and have come to believe that he was abandoned to the streets given his age and other issues – sad indeed!!!

Wallace is a handsome guy but due to his age (he is around 9 or 10), he is suffering from some geriatric health related problems. He is a 62.5 pound Shar Pei – Chinese mix. He is heartworm positive but because his heart and lungs appeared to be okay during his wellness exam, the vet determined that it might be best to let it go untreated. Wallace has other age related issues but he has a great personality and his rescuers are trying to find him a home where he can live out the remainder of his life in peace and comfort – this aging fellow definitely deserves such an act of kindness from someone with a big heart and willing to go the extra mile for him.

Wallace is not at the shelter but in a foster home. If you would like to meet him, please contact us at adoptions@dognkittycity.org to make an appointment.

The Adoption Donation is being waived for this guy!!

Wallace could really use some Guardian Angel support while his rescuers find him a home - will you help?
