AAS 2/27/09

This is Carina and she was saved "in the nick of time" from a local kill shelter. Her name, in Italian, is used to mean "darling" or "cute", and our Carina is both. When Carina first came to the shelter, she was a little shy. She's now gotten familiar with her kennel mates and the folks she sees regularly, so Carina has opened up more. She's very energetic and enjoys walks and getting attention. A good owner for Carina would be one who has had some experience with dogs already and can give her the exercise she needs to be happy and healthy.

Carina has been working on her manners and knows how to sit when asked. She's eager to please.
