Floriana is perhaps a tiny Yorkshire Terrier/Chihuahua mix who weighs about nine pounds. She was on the streets of Dallas making her way to a new life with her friend Frangelica, a Poodle mix. Both thought they had big plans, but fortunately for them, a nice person put a stop to their big ideas and brought them to the shelter. They were saved from all the dangers of living on the streets.

Floriana is a show stopper because of her diminutive size. She is easily scooped up in one's arms and will stay as long as it is required of her, appreciative of the attention given to her. She has the cutest face with very observant eyes.

She watches all activities around her with great interest. She does not appear to be a barker, but takes everything in stride. She is friendly with dogs and cats. Floriana is a little heartthrobe!
