Oh, Spring is here! And not a minute too soon. Our Spring was brought into a kill shelter by her owner, who had her tied up in the back yard. When he realized he had too many dogs to take care of, he decided to take some of the to the shelter and Spring was one of them. There was a space at our shelter and now Spring is safe with us.

She is a very sweet dog, friendly and playful. She's not too big, around 25 lbs right now. She likes to romp around with the other dogs and appears to like the water too. Spring is still a young dog, so she needs an owner who has time to spend with her: walking and running, teaching her good dog manners, house training, and yes, more walking and other active things! All this work will be worth it though, as Spring is just such a sweetie.

We "sprung forward" into day light savings time, and now it's time for you to see our little Spring at Dog and Kitty City.
