Quincy is a friendly terrier mix. He has a fluffy white coat with some black patches. Quincy currently weighs 21 pounds and shouldn't get much bigger. He was found stray on the streets and his owner decided not to retrieve him. How sad for Quincy!

But, he's now at our shelter, where we will do our best to find a home where he is loved and cared for.
