Date of Birth: 7/9/19. Rue was surrendered to Dog & Kitty City because her owner developed allergies. She is a very sweet and playful young teen who loves attention and begs for it with her big beautiful eyes. She is definitely a lap kitty. Rue will do well in a family with children or another cat. She has found her way easily in the shelter. Will eat treats when offered !
