This beautiful boy has had a Head to Soul makeover. He arrived at the shelter in deplorable condition as an owner surrender. He remained sweet and friendly from the moment we saw him til the end of his 2 hour grooming process. His beautification had to be uncomfortable, maybe even painful, but he remained a good boi! Caesar is thought to be a 3 year old Shih Tzu / Poodle Mix. When being held, he is very snuggly and lovey. You don't have to be lucky to get an appreciation kiss. He'll give you one for free! He is reported to be potty trained and good with other dogs. This guy had hit a rough patch, but he is looking for nothing but green grass and sunny skies for the rest of his little life!
