Cesar either lost his way or was abandoned, but after several attempts to locate his owners, it became clear that Cesar had become homeless. Unable to care for him any longer, the person who found him brought to our shelter. He is now ready to start a new chapter in his life.

Needless to say, he is adorable! He is friendly with everyone and that includes dogs. He dances on his hind legs when he wants attention.
