Cheyenne, a small German Shepherd mix, has been living at the shelter since the end of April 2006. That is all she knows. Her fullest potential has not been explored yet. She needs a pair of loving arms and a gentle voice to guide her while learning her lessons. She has shared her run with many friends who have since come and gone. But Cheyenne is not discouraged. She knows her turn will come. She is full of curiosity, energy and has a lot of love to give someone.

As you may notice on her picture, she has a birth defect on her left front leg. She can play, run or walk, but for short distances. She would benefit from being on carpet versus concrete. This deformity does not dampen her enthusiasm for life.
