We really aren't quite sure what the heritage of Penelope is, only that she is 100% adorable! Penelope was found running on the streets of Dallas with her best friend Jasper. They have had a very hard life, and are very shy, yet they are extremely sweet and trusting of people. Penelope has not enjoyed the warmth of a house, or the softness of a giant pillow to lay on. But it is time! How can you say no to that face? Come by and meet this sweet girl. She is scheduled to be spayed in early December.
