Alba was scheduled to be put to sleep when space at our shelter was found for her. Alba is a beautiful dog with silky fur and adorable prick ears. She's young still and has the energy to go with her age.

Alba enjoys running in the yard with the other dogs. She'll chase toys if they are thrown, but she still needs to learn to bring them back (silly girl!). Alba also likes tummy rubs and being with people. Since she is a Border Collie (Alba is Gaelic for Scotland, the home of the Border Collie), she'll need a family that is ready to train and exercise her. Alba will reward you with loyalty and affection in return.
